HELP! Insane electric bill, just moved!

My partner and I just moved into a very small, practically a studio, urban apartment in Florida. Its only 430 cubic sqaure feet and has two window units, no central AC system. For 40 days ALONE, we have been charged 315 dollars. Our monthly electric kWh is literally 1332 kWh... I have no clue whats going on but it can't continue. We have a water heater and a dual washer/dryer as well. We plug everything everytime we leave except for one of the window units in the bedroom for a pet. The living room ac unit isnt even on half the time and when it is, its set to 75. If anyone can help or has any ideas, PLEASE let me know. From what Im reading, this property is using as much electric as a 6 person home.
