Having trouble obtaining EIN

This isn't my first time obtaining an EIN for an LLC but my first time running into this issue. I registered an LLC with my state (MA) last month and then went over to the IRS website to apply for an EIN but am unable to successfully authenticate. When I fill in the name & ssn info it says that this information does not match records. After a few attempts it gave me a phone number and reference number to call but when I did that the automated system just directed me to the website and said to apply there and hung up.

What am I missing here?
