I'm overweight!!!

So happy to be back in my 20s! 🤣🥳🎉🪅🎊

Started at the end of August last year at 42.2 BMI and 6 and a half stone later I clicked over to 29.9 BMI today!

Two stone to go to goal (which is still a slightly overweight BMI of 26.2) and will then reassess my goal weight depending on my waist measurement (which has steadfastly stayed exactly the same since early April, despite having lost over 20lbs since then!)

Onwards and downward to us all!
