Chase Ink Cash Business card reward points stuck at 1%?

Hi all, I've been using this card for some time and noticed that none of my business expenses (Apple, Verizon, GoDaddy, etc.) are being tracked in the higher reward categories. I can confirm I'm not beyond the $25k/year threshold. Is it simply an issue with these charges being miscategorized? For example, GoDaddy shows "Bills & Utilities" for domain renewals. Anyone with a similar experience?
