How do I get everything from my old PC onto my new PC?

I have two 500GB Samsung Evo SSD’s and a 500GB hard drive on my current PC. I’m currently in the making of getting a new PC together. How do I go about transferring all my data onto the new PC?

Explain it like I’m 10 years old.
