How loud are hard drives?

I built my first pc 7 years ago and have been blessed to only use ssd. However, now i want to get my movie library up and HHD offer a massive discount on storage space.

My question is… if i have my pc in the same room I’m watching the movie in and it is reading the movie im watching, will it be loud enough to hear the spinning when there is silence in the movie?
