Wave hill under $120k?

Not including photographer and DJ/band, which would be paid for by groom. Looking to know what people realistically spent for the venue, flowers, rentals/decor (might require a lot because that’s important), F&B. Flexible between 120-150 people. Is it possible with 120k?? For context, working with a $160k budget for EVERYTHING (entertainment, photographer, dress, HMU, rehearsal dinner). No idea how much things cost in the NYC area and proposals haven’t been helpful at this stage!
