Need success story from increasing from 20mg to 40mg?

Been on 20mg for 7 Years now!!!

Just recently after some stress that dark cloud is back! Panic attacks, doom, anxiety, stress, fogginess.

Any success stories from inceasing does mainly for Severe Anxiety / Panic / PTSD ?
