Question About Transmission Shifting Harder

So i bought a 2016 altima sl last year on fb marketplace(i got it at 135k now 147k) . The car has been good but im noticing that the shifting is getting a bit rougher, but just noticing when coming to a stop i get a rougher downshift which never used to happen. around the same time my rear control arm broke (which i fixed) is around the time this started happening. I havent gotten an alignment yet so idk if that could be an issue. PLEASE HELP IDK WHAT TO DO
