Why do guys flex about sleeping with women, but women don’t really do the same?

And what I don’t get is that a lot of women know that some guys will brag about getting physical, but still go through with it. Why is that?

Genuinely curious about the mindset on both sides. Is it social conditioning? Ego? Double standards? Just trying to understand.
