Is Buspar antipsychotic?

Hello,
Does anyone know at what dose buspirone blocks dopamine receptors? Does this happen at therapeutic doses as well?
I have been prescribed this medication, and I am very scared. I have previously taken antipsychotics that devastated me, and my current depression stems from taking antipsychotics. I have almost all the negative symptoms of schizophrenia from it. I also read somewhere that buspirone is beneficial for negative symptoms and increases dopamine. I am confused and afraid that I will be destroyed again. What should I do?
Please help me.
