Optiscaler FS4 in Cyberpunk not working good

I downloaded the newest Optiscaler on Cyberpunk and I get these weird white jitters you can see them specifically around the trees and windows. I popped up my optiscaler setting in the video so maybe you guys know a fix for this. Also I used fsr3 inputs and Xess inputs the same happens for both.
