Help me please...

Hi,
I’ve been trying for several days to recover my Discord account, and I’m not getting anywhere.

Here’s what happened:

• I lost access to the email that was connected to my account
• I can’t recover the email, but I know the Discord username and tag
• I’ve submitted multiple tickets to Discord explaining that I can provide proof of ownership, screenshots from friends, and any verification they need
• Each time, I’m just told to “write to them from the original email,” which I no longer have access to — and that’s why I need help in the first place
• The account contains personal and sensitive messages

I’m not asking for a shortcut — I’m asking for a real human to review this and help me recover or at least secure my account.

If there’s any way to get Discord to actually escalate this to a real person, please help me. I’m really desperate and exhausted at this point.
