How did you discover subliminals?

I remember being 13, seeing an eggtopia video and thinking it was so pretty but I was so scared of trying a subliminal and I was so skeptical of everyone because I thought they'd harm me🤣😅but now, almost 7+ years later, I'm still using them and they still give me results I'm really thankful for them😆
