Career Opportunities for Medical Physicist

Hi, I’m currently an imaging medical physicist looking for something more interesting (and, if possible, remote) to do. I know health physics might be an option, but I was wondering if there might be some other paths I might not know about without having to get another degree. I have MS degrees in med physics and math, not sure if that would help with anything though.
