is tacos and a bean cheese burrito from taco bell ok to eat if it was left out for 2 1/2 hours?

i have terrible emetaphobia (fear of vomit) i’m so scared to get food poisoning. I ate the burrito and the taco even though I was worried after checking some Reddit things but I’m still scared. Could anyone give me a peace of mind?
