Seniors help please!! (URGENT)

I got nift delhi for td in the first round and I choose to slide because I wanted fc in new delhi so if I pay the fees to lock my seat for td because I'd loose my seat if I don't get fc , so if in the next councelling round I get fc will my fees be adjusted for fc from td ?
