build your own path

Career development

endless applications, ghosted after interviews, and the fake “we’ll keep you in mind” line that means “you’re dead to us.” Meanwhile, job boards are flooded with listings that require 10 years of experience for entry-level pay. How is anyone supposed to get a foot in the door when they want you to already have the job?! And don’t get me started on the networking hype — like I have time and energy to fake friendships just to get a call back.

The whole system feels designed to grind you down and make you settle for crumbs. Meanwhile, CEOs are cashing out millions and telling us to “just work harder.” Newsflash: hard work doesn’t mean shit if the game is rigged.

If you’re still searching for a “normal” job, good luck. Maybe it’s time to stop playing by their rules and build your own path.
