Are they narcissists or im just delusional ?

i was wondering if someone flexing their wealth or something good happining in their life while im expressing my struggle and sadness , is that a red flag or am i jealous ? it really annoys me

i had so many friends doing that with me

for exemple

Me : hey , i just failed my math exam

Her: oh i just passed my exam with the highest score in the class

ANOTHER CONVERSATION

Me : ( talking about someone who treated me badly )

Her : oh you know that person loves me and worship the ground im stepping on

im new here so don't hate on me , even the english is not my second language
