Joining Capgemini now but tcs nqt result is yet to come?

(POSTING ON BEHALF OF FRIEND) Tcs nqt result is yet to come, gave interview for Prime and capgemini joining date arrived and today i joined capgemini. So eventually i will have my pf account here. Can you please tell me if I get chance for tcs prime(result yet to come) is it possible to join tcs? (Will there be any problem related to pf and nsr)

Please explain me the scenario?
