How can a non-EU CS graduate from Morocco find a first data job in Europe with no visa sponsorship?

Hi everyone,

I recently graduated in Computer Science from an accredited university in Morocco I’ve been applying for data jobs (data analyst, junior data scientist, etc.) here and in Europe.

Locally, I don’t hear anything back, not even rejections. It’s tough right now, with thousands of grads from all schools applying this summer. Abroad, most companies say they don’t sponsor visas.

My financial situation is getting more difficult, and I really need to improve it soon. I’m willing to relocate, adapt, and work hard, I just need a real chance.

If anyone has been in a similar situation, I’d be grateful for advice:

• How did you find your first opportunity abroad?
• Are there countries or programs that actually work for non-EU juniors?
• Any realistic alternatives I might be missing?

Thanks in advance for any help 🙏
