New 2025 e-Tron GT S for €105K?

Vehicles - ETron GT

I was browsing for an e-Tron GT, primarily looking at used models (the pre-facelift, haven’t seen any post facelift ones yet) here in the Netherlands.

At some point however I found out a local dealer had stock of a 2025 model (delivered January) that they had recently “revalued” and was dropped from the original €150k ultimately to €110K now with some negotiation room. This is a pretty loaded model with an original catalog value of €160k, for reference the S model here starts at €120k on the configurator.

I figure there’s some negotiation room here as they really seem to want to get rid of it (also with August/september 2026 models approaching).

Still, it’s a lot of money for a rapidly depreciating asset. I figure the car (based on the previous model) might be around 50-60k after 5 years. Terrible from the original price of 160k but just bad when considering the actual purchase price. And maybe not too different from most luxury cars here. They can also offer reduced 5% financing.

Anyways what do you figure? Is this an attractive deal at all, should I have them sweat a little more due to the new model year coming up, or just hold out for a lightly used one (but at what price?).

Also since I’m in the Netherlands I should state leasing is not a viable option here, this would cost me €2300-2400~ a month for the same spec at the cheapest, perhaps 1/3rd less if Audi wants to private lease it for the updated price but that still comes out way more expensive than my own calculations (and way less flexible).
