diamond glow facial time??

hi guys, my boss has our diamond glows listed to last 60 minutes. we also only charge $175 which is on the lower end to my understanding for a DG. apparently someone complained that it only took me 30 min to do her diamond glow facial (I would say it was closer to 40 min but that’s me)

cleansed 2x, did the facial, and moisturized after. even if it was 30 min, isn’t this a realistic expectation time for a diamond glow?? everything I’ve read online says yes but wanting personal experiences.

my boss really tries to give people the whole spa experience, which I get, but I can only exfoliate the skin so much without causing excess irritation, making it more difficult to lengthen this time? idk maybe I’m crazy lol
