Recently bought a 2018 Hyundai Sonata and mechanic said there are red flags on inspection - should I return?

66k miles, 1-owner carfax, no accidents Mechanic said she runs well, not burning oil, etc. but the following work was done on it:

  • oil pan gasket replaced with FIPG
  • grease starting to sling from inner passenger CV boot
  • valve cover gasket replaced
  • timing cover gasket replaced with FIPG
  • oil from exhaust manifold gasket at cylinder 1
  • pass lower control arm replaced

The dealership (Echopark) has a 7-day/250 mile return window and 30-day/1k mile limited warranty for engine, transmission, and drivetrain. Should I return this car immediately, or will it work well for a significant while longer?
