Help with Volume when Casting/Airplaying/Using Roku!

This morning I was trying to do a strength class through my TV. I tried casting, airplaying, and even using the Roku app--but for some reason I couldn't get any volume/audio to work (subtitles ended up being the temporary fix). Has this happened to anyone else? How did you resolve?? Thanks!!
