instagram music option not being there

so... i had this problem where i couldn't search the music on instagram and could only use the recommendations. to fix that, i changed back to personal account and... now the whole thing is gone. i change back to professional and its still not there. i use a vpn to connect to German and other servers to prevent the music ban and it worked well for me. but now for some reason it says "music not available" instead of "not available in your region" so... i could really use some help. thanks.
