Tapering- psychiatric doctor says that I can go faster

I am tapering off Seroquel I have been making 12.5mg drops up until 100mg. Im completely numb. The Dr says that I can continue doing 12.5mg drops until I am done but I know hyperbolicly is safer. I have dropped to 90mg wich is a 10percent drop.

Please may I ask anyone who has been on Seroquel but not for Bipolar and has tapered off Please share your stories.
