I felt emotionally traumatized after watching the Tracee ep

Guys, I started watching season 3 a few days ago, and when I got to the Tracee episode , it was so upsetting for me. I haven't been able to sleep well at night for a while now, and I just can't stop thinking about her. It really made me feel terrible

I was really enjoying the series, but this episode gave me a huge shock. Please tell me if there are any episodes like this in the future that will torture me?
