Deepseek began to answer very poorly.

This happened a couple of hours ago. Deepseek started giving very strange answers (temperature is 0.8), started writing answers abruptly completely on behalf of my character. Started forgetting things that were a couple of messages ago (although before he remembered things that were 12 messages ago). It feels like I switched the proxy to Janitor, but I checked and it is not so. Does anyone else have this problem? Perhaps the reason is that Chutes is going to restrict access for users?
