Darkness crack of light

Last month’s got really dark, I had off and on problem before that 1or 2 rimes a week PMO not that it’s great. My mom died and it was very day 1-3 times a day. It was really dark today is really the first day an urge wasn’t given into right away.am not out of the woods yet but I will focus on the small victories at this point.
