Looking for new cables for my 16TP pro but having no luck :(

As the title says, I'm searching for a new pair of cables which are specifically these

https://www.xp-pen.com/store/buy/2-in-1-cable-for-artist-pro-16tp.html

and these

https://www.xp-pen.com/store/buy/usb-c-to-usb-c-cable-for-artist-16-pro-gen2.html

but the official site doesn't ship to Italy, plus they cables seem to be nowhere to be found on every other platform.

Did anyone encounter a similar problem?
