MtF Post Top- Surg. Transgender. Issues with stopping erections with Prince Albert?

I'm a 35 MtF Transgender woman attracted only to ladies. I have done a Butt Lift, Facial feminization & Brest but most likely would never do my bottom surgery. The issue is I still get erections when I see ladies and I want to stop that. Short of castration or bottom surgery what are my options? Chastity Cage or prince albert? I don't like to to see my Penis erect
