26F MRI for elevated prolactin?

My DR ordered an MRI for elevated prolactin. Mine is around 50, which is borderline high. I kinda want to cancel the MRI bc I don’t feel it’s necessary. I have no headaches/blurry vision. My insurance sent me a letter saying I can request reimbursement. So i’m worried about being left with a large bill for nothing to be wrong with me. Does anyone have any suggestions? should i go through with the MRI to be safe or is my doctors office just trying to get as much money as possible…

I’m 26, 5’3”, 115lbs, regular weed smoker occasionally tobacco. I don’t drink.
