Rinvoq and weight gain

I just started Rinvoq 45 mg. I have been on it for about 10 ish days maybe? My hunger is worse and I crave a lot of sweets. I am on Zepbound for weight loss and I’m terrified of gaining back all I have worked so hard to lose. Does anyone else notice this side effect more frequently? I know it can be one from what I’ve read.
