Delivery date passed. No more estimated delivery date given

Hi, I ordered something July 2. Delivery Date was meant to be July 7 “by end of the day”. Well it never came and the package is still stuck on North Carolina. You know the feeling of ordering something ahead of time, and then universe still fvks you up and delay it.

Could my package be lost? Why does it still say it departed North Carolina for days. Why give me an estimate arrival and then all of a sudden no estimated arrival?

I’ve tried calling fedex and of course, can’t talk to representative.
