My friend Jeremy is disabled, homeless, and just lost his mom. He’s still trying to survive. Please help.

I don’t post stuff like this often, but this one’s personal.

My friend Jeremy is disabled from diabetes and gastroparesis. He’s had all his right toes amputated, most on the left, and he’s lost his teeth from years of poor access to care.

His mom just passed. His other mom is sick. He’s alone in Vermont now — no housing, no food, nothing. Just trying to survive.

I started a GoFundMe for him. It’s not for anything crazy — just food, a hotel room, socks, a moment to breathe.
