Is it harder on Steam Deck?

I know, it can be stupid question, but I think playing on Steam Deck is a little but less fluent than on pc with controller - however of course maybe I'm wrong. But can you tell me - it is absolutely full comfortably on Steam Deck? Or maybe PC or PS5 is better choice than Steam Deck?
