VGA Lamp on without GPU

hello everybody,

a friend and i tried to build a new PC for him and we are just stuck. We can’t get it to post. The red vga light on the motherboard (B650 Eagle EX) won‘t go away. We tried with a GPU, without a GPU, with one RAM stick, 2 RAM sticks, nothing seems to work. The components used are

• Ryzen 7 7700
• Gigabyte B650 Eagle EX
• 32GB DDR5 Viper
• 2 TB Kingston M.2

We would really appreciate if anybody had any ideas. Thanks in advance!
