Does anyone ever use the battalions you get for completing paralogues?

Discussion

This is just a little thought I had recently while playing Three Houses. For most paralogues, whenever you beat them, you're rewarded with at least one battalion that's associated with the character(s) who the paralogue is focused on. I know that some of these battalions are probably more strong than others are, but I couldn't help but wonder if anyone ever actually bothers to assign them to any of their units. For me, I very rarely assign them to anyone because most of them are B-rank battalions, and I find raising certain units' authority levels that high to be more trouble than it's worth in some instances. Instead, I like to keep them in my barracks as trophies of sorts for completing the paralogues they come from. As of my latest playthrough, the paralogue battalions in my barracks are:

  • One Aegir Astral Knights
  • Four Hevring Prayer Troops
  • Four Bergliez War Group
  • Ten Varley Archers
  • Ten Brigid Hunters
  • Two Duscur Heavy Soldiers
  • Six Fraldarius Soldiers
  • Two Gaspard Knights
  • Three Gautier Knights
  • Four Church Soldiers
  • Two School of Sorcery Soldiers
  • Four Galatea Pegasus Co.
  • Seven Gloucester Knights
  • Seven Leicester Mercenaries
  • Seven Victor Private Military
  • One Ordelia Sorcery Co.
  • Ten Edmund Troops
  • One Goneril Valkyries
  • Four Sauin Militia

What about the rest of you? What do you do with the battalions you earn from completing paralogues? Do you assign them to units to use in battle, dismiss them from your barracks, or keep them as trophies like I do? I'm curious to hear what everyone's responses are.
