Thoughts on this used f150?

Currently have a 2010 5.4 xlt f150 with 180k miles. I love to drive the truck but it is starting to have some issues that are starting to concern me and so I am looking to upgrade . Found this f150 for sale while searching around here is the Carfax on it. It has 171k miles on it so I am a little worried but ive read alot that these 6 speed transmission and 5.0 engines are dang near bullet proof. Curious if this is a good service record and if the service record looks like this pickup would last me a good few years at least?
