Cramps/abdominal cramps after bowel movement at 9 weeks pregnant. Anyone else?

FTM here and I am half way through my 9th week of pregnancy. Basically since the 4th week of pregnancy every time I have a bowel movement I need to go lay down after because right after pooping I get these cramps that feel like uterine cramps or maybe general abdominal cramps. It's hard to tell where it comes from tbh. Not constipated either as I am having bowel movements either everyday or every other day sometimes a few times a day. I get the need to go to the bathroom and do my business and after bam I get hit with cramps bad enough to need to lay down. I've had cramps the whole of pregnancy so far that come and go and thankfully there is no bleeding. Sometimes I debate if pooping is causing a miscarriage because I get confused what is happening 😂. Anyone else get this?
