Wedding Venue Search

Hi everyone!

My fiancé and I are planning a wedding in November 2028 and are currently hunting for venues in or around the Chicagoland area that can host a full wedding weekend celebration—think Friday afternoon through Sunday evening. We’re dreaming of a space that can accommodate our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all on site, with bonus points for:

•	On-site lodging or space for the wedding party to stay the whole weekend
•	Getting-ready spaces for both sides
•	Exclusive access to the property (we don’t want to feel like one of many events that day)
•	Aesthetic vibes: moody, romantic, cozy, eclectic, and jewel-toned

We’re inviting around 150 guests and would love a venue that allows us to truly settle in and soak up the whole weekend with our people—welcome dinner, day-of prep, late-night hangs, brunch the next day, etc.

So far we’re considering: • Monte Bello Estate • Deer Path Inn

We’re currently based in the city and ideally don’t want to venture too far—maybe within ~90 minutes outside of the city if it’s worth it.
