guys how you deal with self doubt ?

recently me and my friend started a online jewellery business,it was dream of us for a long time for the past two month we were working on this building website ,social media handles finding suppliers etc..i know its normal to have hustle in building a dream but idk if the algoritm or whatever my feed is filled with small business owners like us but they all get sooo much orders while we still havent got anyorders from outside our network so i started to wonder is it badtiming to start this business? or just our bad luck? any suggestion ?
