Dog hasn’t been in 5 years

Pretty much the title. I have an appointment for my dog in a few hours. She’s 11 going on 12, bichon frise. She was in pretty good healthy 2020-2024, but the later months of last year, I noticed she started getting cataracts and was peeing everywhere. I didn’t notice she was losing weight until I got her a haircut maybe 6 ish months ago. Shes now pretty pretty skinny. I feed her 2x and she poos like 4x a day. I finally scheduled an appointment for today. I’m just afraid I’ll get turned in or shamed for not being a responsible owner. Her last papers are I think from 2020 or 2019
