Anyone know if there is a way to edit the new Word Highlight Subtitle animation?

Computer: 2025 Mac Studio

Davinci Resolve Studio 20.0.1

I am trying to use the new Word Highlight subtitle animation to create highlighted animated captions for a series of videos.

The highlighted word goes too quick sometimes or skips words all together and I can't find a way to manually edit or re-time the captions to fix this. I see keyframes in the inspector window but can't see anyone to edit them on the edit page. Anyone know if there is a way to do this? Also my captions are getting color managed - is there a way to bypass color management on the caption level?
