New Carbon Wheelset with No Valve Hole On Inner Rim?

Hey all,

Sorry if this isn't main point of this forum but figure someone will know something.

Just got a new Hunt 50 Carbon wheelset, and there is not valve hole on the inner rim, just these tiny holes as shown in the attached pic. This is my first new wheelset - is that normal? If so, what needs to be done to make that hole? The exit hole on the outer rim is there.
