Rvitm btech cse vs pondicherry University btech cse

May get rvitm through comedk Also getting btech cse at pondicherry university.

Which is the better option

Is it worth to spend 20 lakhs in a new college. Also heard that rvitm may have seperate placement cell. This year median package was 11 lpa, so am considering it as an option
