Home Affairs Help!

To my fellow South Africans. My mother has been trying to renew her passport since last year October. She still doesn’t have it. She’s unable to book an appointment online due to an “authentication error”. She went directly to home affairs and they could not enter her details due to errors on their side as well. Thus we went to the head office and talked to multiple people and they said the problem was fixed and it is not. We contacted a lawyer and the lawyer has also had no response. She needs her passport immediately at this point, within the next 2 weeks. What can we do, who do we contact? Please help!
