Should I stick to doing a Computer Science Degree or go into MIS degree?

As the title states, I am currently going into senior year of high school and will be applying to universities pretty soon. I personally do want to go into computer sincere. My whole application and profile is built around computer science but after doing an internship I recently realized that I do love consulting. Should I apply to schools with strong computer science programs or schools with strong business programs where they are able to help me find internships etc.

Talking to my counselor, he told me that most large firms (the big 4 etc.) dont really take MIS degrees seriously and I do not want to put myself at a disadvantage. Thanks
