HELP!! 30 FPS IN COMBAT RTX3060 4gb, AMD RYZEN 5600H, RAM16gb

I set the settings to the lowest. I play on laptop HP Victus 15. I have 60-80fps without fights and 90 fps in sandbox. What should I do to enjoy Squad in 60 fps??
